05Payments and Billing
Gateway Premium Subscription
Monesize Gateway offers a paid subscription plan for organisations at $99 per month per organisation. Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Gateway subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to paid features will be discontinued.

06. Accounts and Organisations
Monesize Gateway allows individuals to create a personal Monesize account and organisations to register a canonical organisational identity. Organisation owners are responsible for managing their members, linked product tenants, and subscription. Removing a member from an organisation will revoke that member's organisational access across connected Monesize products.
07. Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when using our services. Monesize Limited does not guarantee that errors arising from incorrect input or misuse of the platform will be corrected. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and the data you manage through our services.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monesize Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to our services, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control may affect availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Monesize services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
